Learning outcomes

Graduates of Mercer’s Human Resources Administration and Talent Development program will be equipped with the skills and competencies necessary to carry out essential human resources functions that benefit individuals and organizations. Organizations seek HR professionals who have strong competencies in administration. The need for talent development in private, state, and local agencies will continue to drive the need for HR professionals.
