Mercer University’s Combined Master of Science in Organizational Leadership/Master of Arts in Christian Ministry (M.A.C.M.) prepares students to effectively guide and lead others in faith-based communities and nonprofit organizations. An integrated curriculum between the College of Professional Advancement and School of Theology provides practical leadership skills and preparation for ministry. Students develop skills in budgeting, strategic planning, fund development, and board governance to make an impact in the nonprofit sector.
Graduates of the combined degree program are prepared with the knowledge and skills to pursue roles such as:
