Meet Our Professors

Current leaders and experienced professionals teach our courses and prepare students to guide others through strong character, integrity, and respect.

The Master's in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Leadership for the Nonprofit Organization was the extension I needed to excel in my position as an executive director of a nonprofit organization. The knowledge and strategies learned in the program allowed me to implement change as I was learning immediately. I uncovered perseverance I did not know was in me. I will forever be proud of this achievement for my family, organization, and life goals.

Teressa Stann, M.S. in Organizational Leadership '20

I felt this program would provide me with the knowledge and skillset to enter any organization, be the best leader and employee that I could be, and could be utilized regardless of what the future may hold. Every business needs good and effective leaders, and Mercer has helped me to hone my leadership skills and apply them.
