Be equipped for servant leadership through Mercer University’s Combined Master of Science in Organizational Leadership/Master of Divinity (M.Div.). The combined degree offered through the College of Professional Advancement and School of Theology blends preparation for ordained ministry with foundational knowledge of leadership in nonprofit organizations. Individuals develop skills in promotion, strategic planning, fund development, board governance, and recruitment.
