Mercer University’s Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Administration and Talent Development grounds students with an understanding of workplace-related behavior. The major combines a broad liberal arts foundation and a comprehensive set of human resources core courses.
A grasp of factors that shape human personality and interaction are foundational to the human resources profession. The coursework helps students to:

- Grasp the importance of culture and diversity, including in the global workplace

Designed for busy and working adults
Mercer understands having multiple priorities, so we design classes with your schedule in mind. Students can pursue the B.S. in Human Resources Administration and Talent Development fully online. There are two eight-week sessions during the fall and spring semesters, and one eight-week and one four-week session during the summer semester. Mercer admits students to the program in January, March, May, August, and October.

New and existing organizations need human resources managers to oversee programs and ensure companies observe changing and complex employment laws. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median annual wage for human resources managers was $113,300 in May 2018.
