Executive Leadership

The executive leadership program offers leadership development opportunities customized for organizations that are designed to enhance the core competencies of leadership as identified by the organization. Competencies addressed in the training include leading people, leading change, communicating, building relationships, exercising business judgment, and being results-driven. The plan uses team-building methods to facilitate the process to effect change in the attitudes and procedures of the organization and the behaviors of its leaders. The program received the 2019 Association for Continuing Higher Education (ACHE) South Distinguished Program Award for a non-credit program.
